On behalf of members REIACT has lodged a submission for the ‘Missing Middle’ enquiry, encouraging the ACT Government to carefully consider the type of housing targeted for ‘missing middle’ planning. The current over supply of apartments and undersupply of larger properties is an ongoing concern and we will continue to advocate for a more balanced supply.
