On behalf of members REIACT has lodged a submission for the inquiry into the management of strata properties, expressing the Institute’s full support on the establishment of a Strata Commissioner to oversee compliance and sector improvements. The submission also emphasised the importance of educating members of Owners Corporation and Executive Committees and the development of a unified and simplified guide for strata-related legislation.
