This is the minimum educational requirement to be eligible to apply to Access Canberra, for an assistant agent certificate of registration in Real Estate.
Students need to complete the FIVE (5) CORE units of CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
Topics include:
- CPPREP 4001 - Prepare for professional practice in real estate
- CPPREP4002 - Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
- CPPREP4003 - Access and intepret legislation in real estate
- CPPREP4004 - Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
- CPPREP4005 - Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
PLEASE NOTE: You must also complete FIVE (5) ADDITIONAL units within the first TWELVE (12) MONTHS of your registration with ACCESS Canberra.
