NSW Assistant agents will need to complete at least 3 competency units from a NSW Certificate IV qualification EACH CPD year to ensure that they will be eligible to apply for the relevant NSW Class 2 licence. Assistant Agents must upgrade to a Class 2 Licence before their certificate expires as it cannot be renewed.
