Good news for Canberra households – 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗖𝗧 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 over the June 2025 quarter. 🏘

Based on REIA’s latest Housing Affordability Report (June 2025 quarter), the proportion of median family income required to meet both average loan repayments and median rent in the ACT have gone down.

These results show that stability and affordability continue to make the ACT a standout housing market nationally.
