Hannah has worked in the real estate industry since 2008 as a property manager, business development manager and Managing Director and in 2020 launched her own agency, The Property Collective.
Hannah has received award recognition at a state and national level including REIACT Property Manager of the Year twice, REIA Property Manager of the year in 2014, LPMA’s Excellence in Business Development in 2014 & 2015, LPMA Excellence in Leadership in 2018, REIA Operational Leadership 2019 and ACT Telstra Business Woman of the Year 2020 (medium & large business).
Hannah is passionate about leadership, mentoring and professional growth. She has completed her Diploma in Leadership & Management, Cert IV in Training & Assessment and the Australian Institute of Company Directors course. Hannah consults to agencies through her second business Gill & Hooper. Hannah is the current REIA National Board Director representing the REIACT.

As a Canberra native with more than three decades of real estate experience, he has an unparalleled understanding of the Canberra real estate market. Chris’s friendly and organised approach has endeared him to many loyal and appreciative clients over the years.
Andrew began his career in business services and taxation with Maxim Chartered Accountants in 2011 with a particular focus on property industry clients. In 2020 Andrew joined Molonglo Group as the Head of Finance. His role includes responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, treasury and capital management of the Group. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canberra and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Benjamin is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer whose practice areas include the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial real estate, commercial leasing, unit title management and property development. Benjamin practices across multiple jurisdictions with a particular focus on both the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Canberra and joined BAL Lawyers in 2012. He is a Committee Member of the API Young Property Professionals ACT Branch.

Maria was appointed CEO of the REIACT in 2023, Maria started her real estate career in 2006, and joins the REIACT from her role as Business Development Manager at HomeGround Real Estate Canberra. In addition, Maria has also been an active member of the REIACT Board. Maria brings a broad understanding of both the private, affordable and community housing sectors across the ACT and a genuine commitment to supporting effective and collaborative relationships throughout her career. Maria has won multiple industry awards both locally and nationally and holds a Diploma in Leadership and Management, is a Licensed Real Estate agent in the ACT and NSW, along with completing a Certificate IV in Property Services.
