REIACT ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT CHRIS WILSON AND 2026-2027 BOARD
REIACT held its annual general meeting at the REIACT HQ on 7th May and is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Wilson as its new President. Chris has been actively involved in shaping initiatives that support members, strengthen professional standards and champion the interests of the real estate industry across the ACT, having served on the Board since 2015 and as Deputy President from 2023.
The Institute also congratulates its new Deputy President Chris Antos, a seasoned commercial real estate agent with deep-rooted Canberra market insights. Chris brings new perspectives into commercial real estate strategies and has pioneered innovative approaches in the industry.
Richard Davies also joins the REIACT Board as a director. Richard is passionate about the real estate industry and the role agents play within the community and looks forward to contributing to the REIACT Board through strong engagement, advocacy, and collaboration with his real estate colleagues.
The Board also wishes to acknowledge and sincerely thank outgoing President Hannah Gill for her outstanding leadership and commitment to REIACT throughout 2020 – 2026, including her role as Board Director since 2017. Hannah continues to serve on the Board in the role of Immediate Past President and as the REIACT representative on the REIA Board.
REIACT and its members are now represented across the spectrum of Residential and Commercial Sales and Property Management along with Buyers Agents, Auctioneers and the legal and accounting professions.
