INTERVIEW: EARLY 2024 TRENDS IN CANBERRA’S RENTAL MARKET
REIACT CEO Maria Edwards in an interview with ABC News said that following COVID-19 many ACT employees are still able to work remotely from other states and regions which has created less demand for rental properties in Canberra. With rents flattening this has also reduced the desire of existing ACT tenants to move unless it is into a property that represents much better value.
