REIACT CEO MARIA EDWARDS ON THE ACT GOV’TS PLAN TO BUILD 26,000 NEW HOMES IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS
In a recent interview with ABC Canberra, REIACT CEO Maria Edwards warned that there’s “not enough diversity” in the homes being approved in the ACT. With one-bedroom units already common in the ACT, Maria said building bigger two- and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses would be a better solution to its supply problem and provide more choices for people.
