Specialist Commercial Learning Collections

REIACT has entered a new partnership with the SKILLINGS Education, with two co-branded commercial learning collections now available for enrolment.

As part of the partnership, SKILLINGS Education will deliver two structured learning pathways:

Commercial Foundations — an introductory pathway for professionals moving into commercial roles or expanding beyond residential.

Transitioning Across Commercial Property — designed for mid-career practitioners stepping into more strategic or analytical commercial responsibilities.

The collections draw from SKILLINGS Education’s broader course library and have been curated specifically to address capability gaps identified within the ACT market.

Both programs will be available to REIACT members and non-members, with preferred pricing for members. Each collection will be delivered online and include guided modules, resources and a Certificate of Completion.

BESPOKE WEBINARS

Ever wondered what actually drives a rent roll valuation beyond just “management fees times a multiple”?

Join our webinar with The Rent Roll Finance Broker to understand what’s really going on under the hood, particularly from a bank lending perspective. We’ll run through what influences the multiple, the difference between market-driven and portfolio-driven outcomes, and how banks assess your asset versus a due diligence view.

More importantly, you will have a clear understanding of the levers you can pull to improve your result at sale, or identify opportunities when buying. If you’re an agency principal, this is a webinar you should not miss.

Free for REIACT Members.

Date: 23 June 2026

Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Venue: MS Teams
